This refund policy is effective as of August 9th, 2023

ALL Memberships: These memberships are refundable only in the event that a duplicate payment is made. In this case, we will refund one of the duplicates. If you need assistance, please contact our support staff. Additionally, all of our accounts are free to cancel, at any time.
